So that you can get to know us with little risk, we offer a high level alliances health-check, free of charge. We will conduct minimum of 4 hours of remote conversations with key stakeholders, We will evaluate your business against market leading alliances best practise and compare your goals vs fit with current or intended partners and alliances.
We will then produce your SWOT report with our findings that will include challenges, alignment, opportunities and high level improvement steps for you to execute.

The Baseline accelerator package is designed to capture the existing state of your indirect business and capture your future needs. Alliance Strategy Accelerator

Best for: Tech vendors looking to set first partner go-to-market strategy, avoid common pitfalls and drive speed to revenue with focused, aligned alliances.
This service builds on the baseline whether completed by us, or a validated baseline you have completed. From this we will curate a bespoke GTM strategy that aligns your desired outcomes with the right partners and their drivers.
We define a straw man built from the baseline findings, aligned with the value proposition and goals for review. We then conduct stakeholder and group sessions to gain buy in and alignment across your business, validate and adjust the plan as necessary.
This may also include coaching in order to get to a mutual plan with each department. Typical stakeholders are heads of product, indirect and direct sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, exec leadership and board investors.
